I appreciate all the fine work that your IT team does for all of us up here in Kearneysville.  Roman Hornich, Mark Scappini, Mark West and Trapper all respond in rapid speed whenever we have an IT issue.  They arrive with a smile and positive attitude and leave us better prepared to use the tools that make us mission ready.  In a word - superior service.   All too often, we don't express our appreciation.  Please pass on my and others appreciation for all that they do on a daily basis.  You can be confident that they have the mission under control.  That, after all, is what we all strive to achieve.
